Hallo
ich habe mir vor 6 Wochen ein Top Case für meine LX50 gekauft. Die Gelenke sind nun nach so kurzer Zeit kaputt gegangen. Gebrochen.
ich war heute beim Händler, der von Produkthaftung nichts wissen will.
wer kennt ein gleiches/ ähnliches Problem......was tun (Konsumentenschutz ?)

Du hast ja Garantie auf das Ding, auch wenn der Händler davon nichts wissen will ist das gesetzlich geregelt.
Er muss das Teil zurücknehmen bzw. umtauschen!

Oder er beweisst Dir unsachgemäße Benutzung oder 'einen Vandalismusschaden'.

Produkthaftung ist etwas ganz anderes und hat mit diesem Fall nichts zu tun. Es gibt eine Gewährleistung und die kommt in diesem Fall zum Tragen.
